Life is all about balancing. Whether it's work or a relationship, you cannot succeed if you cannot balance. My name is Haroon Chaudhary. I am the founder and CEO of Innovadell Technologies. I wanted to share my experience of managing a healthy work-life balance. When I started building my business, I used to work crazy hours, and it negatively impacted my mood, my life, and my mental health. This is where I realized I need to balance my work life.
