Do Businesses Still Need Human Creativity in the Age of AI?

We're living in an era of AI, which is designing logos for us, writing blogs, and can even design the whole marketing campaign in a matter of a few seconds. So here’s the question: do businesses still need human creativity, or is AI good enough? AI tools like ChatGPT and Runway are generating creative content at scale.

It saves time, effort, and cost as well. However, it sometimes lacks empathy, context, and the most important brand storytelling. As a CEO, I believe human creativity is rooted in emotional intelligence, cultural understanding, and disruptive thinking.

At the end of the day, humans guide AI through human-AI collaboration to bring the vision into reality. That’s why I have people around me, the creative people who can either work with AI or co-author it to bring the vision into reality. So in 2025, do you think businesses still need human creativity, or will AI take over? I would love to hear your thoughts.
